LA Works provided the landscape architectural expertise for all three sites of the Albany Mixed Use Commercial site on Oteha Vally Road.
LA Works worked with each site’s developer, architect, engineer and Auckland Council urban designer to achieve a landscape design inline for the long term vision for Albany.
Each landscape solution provides for vibrant common spaces for social interaction that are responsive to the synergy of the tenants and resolves the complexity of issues such as access, parking, services, tenant and Council requirements.
